Terms and Conditions
By booking you agree to the following:

1. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment and your health and well-being. It is important to arrange travel insurance before traveling, covering for medical expenses due to illness or injury, the loss of baggage and travel documents, plus cancellation or curtailment of your journey. Suggested companies are: www.worldnomads.com, www.travelex.com or www.statravel.com. IF and only IF the retreat fills up completely AND someone takes your spot, a partial refund may be given at TypicaLife discretion minus a $400 administration fee.

2. There is a minimum of 8 retreat participants to confirm this retreat. If there are not enough participants, it will be cancelled and your deposit will be refunded. We recommend not purchasing flights until the retreat is confirmed. TypicaLife is not responsible for any loses due to purchased flights, visas, passports, vaccinations, time loss or any other losses. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

3.I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in some the Retreat,Workshops or services that TypicaLife will offer, I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Retreat or Workshops.

4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in Retreat, Workshops or any other service TypicaLife will offer, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, illnesses, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program or during my stay at the location.

5. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in Retreats, Workshops, Cooking Classes, Wine Testing or any other service or experience TypicaLife will offer, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against TypicaLife , Arianna Colella or any of my guides for injury, damages and/or illnesses that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program or traveling to, from and throughout the event location.

6. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue TypicaLife , Arianna Colella, or any of my guides for any injury or death caused by her negligence, from traveling, or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

7. I hereby give my consent to TypicaLife , Arianna Colella and any of my guides and their photographers to photograph me and use the photograph(s) for informational, educational, promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. I understand that the photograph(s) may be used on the TypicaLife website or Arianna Colella or any of my Guides' websites, social media channels, or in displays, marketing materials, ads, or other public locations. I also understand that the photograph(s) may be used without any further consent or authorization from me; the photograph(s) may be modified in the process of editing, and I will not be entitled to any compensation for use of the photograph(s). I also agree to release TypicaLife , Arianna Colella, any of my Guides and their photographers from any and all liability arising out of or connected to the use of the photograph(s) as stated above.

8. I understand that it is highly recommended that I obtain travel insurance and I am aware that all deposits and payments are non-refundable under ALL circumstances, including but not limited to: illness, cancellation of flights, travel advisories, loss of job, etc. If I choose not to obtain travel insurance, I do so at my own risk.

9. TypicaLife and Arianna Colella will do everything in their power to keep the schedule of events and venues as presented on the website. In the case of occurrences beyond her control (i.e. illness, a venue closing down, weather, etc), venues, schedule and guides/retreat leader may be subject to change.

Cancellation policy:

IF and only IF the retreat fills up completely AND someone takes your spot, a partial refund may be given at TypicaLife udiscretion minus a $400 administration fee.
